Melissa Brosch is a relational coach, consultant and speaker. After she spent 20 years leading social and mentorship groups in a faith based setting, she saw first hand how people come alive when building relationships. She has also seen the emotional suffering that isolation causes. Her passion for people to experience connection and belonging was only fueled by the Autism diagnosis that her daughter received at age 2. Being told that she would struggle socially made Melissa want to create spaces where people whose social worlds develop differently, could experience belonging and now works to help others gain the skills to create, build, and deepen meaningful relationships.
